  Jim's office is beautiful. The staff immediately welcomed us and offered us something to drink. After verifying the great quotes we had received on the internet we signed up for auto and home insurance on the spot! Vicky asked us about our life insurance program. No one had ever asked us before and we only had coverage from work. Vicky helped us determine how much we needed and helped us complete the applications for $250,000 for both of us. This is a great office that lived up to it's reputation. Thank you!
