  We live out on this side of town, and having this facility within a 5 min. drive is fabulous. We've never had a bad experience in the 8-10 times we've needed to go, wait times are generally very short (15-20 minutes on average) and every staff member we've worked with has been lovely. I can't say enough good things about this location or the people running it. Thank you for providing great medical care to those of us so far from the city's center.

  Wait was extremely too long for only 4 people ahead of us! Once in for a rash on the back of my daughter's neck, and the Dr. Spending only about 7 minutes with us, she said it was impetigo, so wondering how she got this skin bacteria I mentioned to the Dr. That my daughter recently had a bad case of poison Ivy and would that have anything to do with her getting this impetigo.......and she responded "No, not at all"......lol so I got home looked up Impetigo and it said that children that have recently had poison ivy......WILL most probably then have a case of impetigo!!! So I called back to tell this to the Dr. And ofcourse I couldnt speak with her, so the nurse did, and well she just basically said well maybe the dr. Misunderstood you, lol really???? Will never go back, was just on that side of town so we tried it, we usually go to the one on the east side. Very disappointing as we where there for 2 hours, for 5 minutes with the doctor! Then received some false information!
